LCCOA - Lincoln County Council on Aging - has been the senior center and meals program for our county since 1978. In 2020 our Board of Directors & Staff voted unanimously to change LCCOA's bylaws from "Senior Center" to "Community Center" for ALL ages & abilities. 

Meal deliveries to the homebound cover all 642 square miles of Lincoln County, and congregate meals are served at our Troy site between 11:30a-12:30p M-F. 

LCCOA also provides daily, weekly, and monthly activities, as well as evidence-based programs, entirely FREE to the community; regardless of age. We are not just for seniors and those in need. Many of our programs help people of all ages & abilities to live healthier, longer lives. Our motto is - LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE - and that is our goal for everyone who enters our doors or receives our services!
